Here at Soul Tonic Counselling, I provide compassionate therapeutic support for those navigating life's challenges. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, sad, anxious, or lonely, I'm here to help.

I offer guidance in overcoming anxiety, depression, grief, childhood trauma, illness, low self-esteem, and more - helping you find strength, clarity, and a renewed sense of well-being.
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My sessions provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore and connect with your authentic self, free from judgment or pressure.

About Me
Hi, I’m Sherrie—and I absolutely love being an integrative counsellor. Supporting others through life’s ups and downs isn’t just my profession; it’s my purpose. I offer a safe, compassionate space that’s thoughtfully tailored to each individual, because I believe therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it.

My journey into counselling began in the heart of people-focused roles. I spent many years in HR and senior leadership, where I thrived on building meaningful relationships and supporting staff wellbeing. As mental health awareness grew, so did my desire to offer deeper, more personal support. Becoming a qualified therapist felt like a natural, and necessary next step.

I believe that being different is what makes us whole. Each of us has our own ‘soul tonic’—a personal blend of support, care, and guidance that helps us navigate life. That’s why my approach is never one-size-fits-all. When we work together, the tools and strategies we use will
be shaped entirely around you, helping you get the most out of every session.
